Come out and join us as we come together and celebrate with our local community. An opportunity to learn more about the resources located in the area, ask questions that help better understand different medications, address stigmas to assist an individual's mental health, and formulate a support system that can eradicate the loneliness created due by unfortunate circumstances.

As the new year begins, we often find ourselves catching up and setting new goals, determined to start the year on the right foot. In the midst of taking on new challenges, it’s easy for some of the most important priorities to fall through the cracks.
